The problem is persisting after trying all of the higher up. It is merely affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, web e-mail (not certain what the difference is between web browser or web electronic mail) I'g using "live.com" on the figurer.
  • Does the issue happen when you are using a different browser or calculator? It happens using a different browser. I oasis't tried a different computer
  • Take you lot received whatever error or default messages when you send or receive whatever email? Yes "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any bug yous report." when I tried to ship an email. However the email was sent and information technology was received by a different hotmail business relationship.
    I sent an email from a dissimilar hotmail account to the trouble account and it is listed as sent merely it was not received.
  • Kindly verify what exercise you lot mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Role Outlook or Outlook.com? Information technology is Outlook.com

I access my postal service through my net browser.  I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over---

I experience similar I take to refresh my email every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a twenty-four hours-- it is annoying to be told that something is Always wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where you read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I get this someday I try to expect at a message, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue before Outlook took over.

I tin't reply about some other browser because I only use Google Chrome.

I tin can't answer about using another figurer considering I merely have the 1 laptop.

I can't reply about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the only one I accept.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same message about 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I make certain there are no bug on you chief site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am not the only ane.

I understand why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason y'all were asking.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't admission my postal service-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my computer.  IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I apply on the reckoner.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
